Educasting Study Guide on Food, Sustainability, and Society

The The W.F Kellogg Foundation recently funded a multi-year series on Food Sustainability and Society issues. Topics in this series include: industrial meat production, issues faced by immigrant and women farmers, the epidemic of childhood obesity, the challenges of bringing healthy foods into school cafeterias, as well as ground-breaking initiatives seeking to expand America’s access to healthy, organic food.
